3. Requisition for supply of Coupon Books Sections 6 and 5-B.
(1)The Sanctioning Authority shall, whenever necessary, make a requisition to the General Manager, Northern Railway, New Delhi for the supply of First Class Coupon Books for use by Deputy Ministers/Chief Parliamentary Secretary/Parliamentary Secretaries.(2)On receipt of requisition under sub-rule (1) the General Manager, Northern Railway, New Delhi shall supply to the Sanctioning Authority and raise necessary debit against the head "201w - Council of Ministers - 108 Tour Expenses" for the price of such Coupon Books.
