In the First Schedule to the said Act,-(i)In paragraph (i),-(a)for the, words and figures "November, 2002", the word, letter and figures "25th November, 2002" shall be substituted;(b)for the words, "Akilesh Das", "Balwant Singh Ramoowalia", the words, "Akhilesh Das" and "Balwant Singh Ramuwalia", shall respectively be substituted;(ii)in paragraph (ii),-(a)for the words and figures, "July, 2004", the word, letter and figures, "4th July, 2004"shall be substituted;(b)for the words "T.N. Chaturvedi" and "Khan Ghufran Zahidi", the words 'Triloki Nath" and "Khan Gufaran Zahidi" shall respectively be substituted;
