65. Resignation of office.
(1)Any member of the District Panchayat may resign his office by giving notice in writing to that effect to the President under intimation to the Chief Executive Officer and such resignation, shall take effect from the date of its acceptance by the President.(2)The Vice-President may resign his office QY giving notice in writing to the President under intimation to the Chief Executive Officer and such resignation, shall take effect from the date of its acceptance by the President.(3)The President may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Secretary Panchayat, under intimation to the Administrator and such resignation, shall take effect from the date of its acceptance by the Secretary Panchayat.
