Section 30(4) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(4)The Finance Committee shall:(a)examine the annual accounts and the annual financial estimates of the Vishwavidyalaya and advise the Executive Council thereon;(b)review the financial position of the Vishwavidyalaya from time to time;(c)make recommendation to the Executive Council on every proposal involving expenditure for which no provision has been made in the annual financial estimates or which involves expenditure in excess of the amount provided for in the annual financial estimates;(d)make recommendation to the Executive Council on all matters relating to the finances of the Vishwavidyalaya; and(e)perform such other function as may be prescribed.
