14. Maintenance of Accounts.
(a)An account shall be opened in the name of the Fund in the bank. The General Manager (Finance) of the Federation along with an authorized member of the committee shall operate the Fund and maintain separate account for the same:Provided that he shall not incur any expenditure without prior sanction of the Committee or the Chairman, as the case may be.(b)The committee shall control the accounts relating to the Fund, deposits, withdrawals and mode of investments in the bank. All the remittance should be in the name of the Fund.(c)It shall be competent to the Committee to prescribe, detailed accounting procedures to be followed in the maintenance of the fund.
