1. This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Judgment dated 31.01.2025, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(C) 10023/2016, titled G L Sagar v. EDCIL (India) Ltd. & Anr.
2. We are informed that the Impugned Order was also challenged by the respondents in the form of an appeal being LPA no. 187/2025 titled EDCIL India Ltd. v. G L Sagar, which has been disposed of by a Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr.Justice C.Hari Shankar and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Digpaul, vide Judgment dated 10.03.2025.
