Persons with Disabilities ("CCPD"), subsequently CCPD issued a
notice dated 21.11.2024 directing the respondent ... respondent No.1 did not comply with the
aforesaid directives of CCPD. Hence, the present writ petition.
6. Mr. Khanna, learned Standing Counsel

Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD) and Chairperson of National
Trust under the D/o Empowerment of Persons ... with regard to the appointment of Chief Commissioner of Persons with
Disabilities (CCPD), it is submitted that this Department had forwarded the
proposal to DOPT
approached the Court of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with
Disabilities ("CCPD") by filing a complaint seeking redressal of his
grievances ... Counsel for the Petitioner submits that several other grievances raised
before the CCPD were neither heard nor adjudicated. It is contended that the
Petitioner
National Trust as well as for
appointment to the post of CCPD have been issued and the Search-cum-
Selection Committee would be constituted shortly ... ScSC in its meeting dated 26.06.2024 for appointment to the post
of CCPD and starting the process of appointment afresh. The fresh
advertisements have been
respondent no.1 herein before the
Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD) seeking the very
same reliefs, which is still pending adjudication therein ... fact, the CCPD
has already issued a notice dated 21.11.2024 to the respondent no.1
(Annexure P-7).

respondent No.2, dated 2nd August, 2024 in Case No. CCPD/15589/1022/24
wherein the transfer of the appellant herein had been
library cadre for 2022-23 including the
reply submitted to the CCPD complaint dt. 06.06.24 (Annexure
P/3)clarifying that no post is vacant
