assessment order.
It appears that the petitioners initially visited
the office of CESE Limited and accepted to pay the
amount assessed in the order ... thereafter adopted a different stand
of admitting payment on threat by CESE officials.
In the event the petitioners were genuinely
aggrieved with the amount
direction to the Kerala Lok Ayukta,
Thiruvananthapuram represented by its Registrar, to cese the
investigation of Exhibit-P1 complaint dated 21.01.2022;
(iii) To award
Supreme
Court in the case of West Bengal [Telecom] Regulatory
Commission v. CESE Ltd.: (2002) 8 SCC 715 has even
recommended the establishment
decided on 14.05.2015 titled as 'CESE
Ltd. vs. CIT-II, Kolkata' reported as (2003) 262 ITR 9, after
examining provision of Bengal Electricity
amount of Rs. 6,27,930.77/- to the CESE Limited on account of the
minimum demand charges.
In the said Arbitration proceeding the Purba Banga
