Concern of the petitioner is that after consideration
of candidature ... matter the writ petition is
disposed of directing the Collector, Kandhamal as well as
the District Welfare Officer, Kandhamal to accept the
applications
application seeking an engagement
in the post of Sikshya Sahayak under Kandhamal,
Phulbani Sharva Sikshya Abhiyan. The petitioner
referring to the documents accompanied herein
establishes ... that the application form pursuant to the
advertisement was posted to Kandhamal counterpart,
but however the postal packet was delivered with the
Boudh counterpart
working as a Secretary of
Daringibadi Gram Panchayat in the district of Kandhamal.
He was placed under suspension on 18.7.1998 by the
Sarpanch. A paltry ... submits that the
petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector,
Kandhamal, opposite party no.1, as per Annexure-1 to the
writ petition, ventilating
petition.

of Tahasildar, Baliguda, At/P.O.-Baliguda, Dist-Kandhamal.

the words "Tahasildar, Daringibadi, At/P.O.- Daringibadi,
Dist-Kandhamal" be deleted and in its place "Tahasildar,
Baliguda
