6. I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and also
gone through the averments made in the petition as well as
documents appended therewith, including the status report. I have
also gone through the order passed by learned JMFC (7), Shimla,
in the case of Lalit Kumar Vs. State of H.P. dated 05.08.2022, in
terms whereof, accused Lalit Kumar has been ordered to be
released on bail.
