award is partly modified to
revise the rate of interest on the DCHFC loan from
26% to 15.5%"
11. The said decision was accepted ... this regard:
"As regards the present award, since the DCHFC has
already rolled back the rate of interest, there is no harm
in amending
paid the loan and since the entire society is mortgaged to DCHFC, it was
decided that every member should pay according to value ... Society was further directed
/instructed to furnished comprehension statement of DCHFC Society Loan
availed by Mr. S.B. Sharma (Appellant) against his Flat
vide order No. 20(272)/95
