dispute that the petitioners herein had kept the DPC proceedings with
respect to the respondent in a sealed cover as the same falls within ... petitions, it is clear that mere issuance of sanction order, the DPC
proceedings could not have been put in sealed cover. Even, if the sanction
following documents:-
a) Attested copy of DPC-2007 & Attested copy of DPC 2008
proceedings for the post of AGMs.
b) Attested copy of Marks ... allotted by DPC Members in DPC 2007 for
the post of AGMs.
c) Attested copy of Marks allotted by DPC Members in DPC

b) Attested copy of Marks ... allotted by DPC Members in DPC 2007 for
the post of AGMs.
c) Attested copy of Marks allotted by DPC Members in DPC
through his RTI application dated 9.7.2012 sought copy of
the 'DPC proceedings having the specific reasons responsible for denial of the
admission ... CPIO.
4. During the hearing the respondent CPIO agreed to provide DPC
proceedings to the appellant.
5. In view of above submissions of the respondent
DPC. In
light of this, we would like the CPIO to provide to the Appellant the copies of the
DPC proceedings including the gradings ... gradings that the DPC recommends a particular candidate for promotion. We
direct the CPIO to provide the copies of the DPC proceedings to the Appellant
ensured. Therefore, we
do not see any reason why the DPC proceedings, specially, the comparative
gradings of those recommended for promotion should not be disclosed ... organisation. Therefore, it is not correct to say that the DPC proceedings
including the recommendations made by it can be said to be held
requested to provide me "copies of DPC and DPC proceedings of
EIL from the appraisal year 1995-1996 up to and including the appraisal ... While we are in the process of retrieving records of DPC proceedings for
the period 1995-96 to 1998-99, please find attached copies

him copies of the DPC proceedings and the master charts etc. but this order
has not been complied ... information may be
provided to him :
