2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing
petition stating
that they are the practitioners of alternative medicines like Acupuncture,
Electropathy, Hypnotherapy, Egnettherophy and Yoga etc. The
petitioners have undergone Community Medical Service
Diploma /
Certificates and the holders of such Diploma are entitled to practice
Electropathy / Electro Homeopathy. This was challenged in SLP.No.
11262/2000 ... quoted here, there
is no proposal to stop the petitioner from
practicing Electropathy in impairing
education, as long as this is done within the
provisions

The petitioner herein is a Electropathy/Electrohomeopathy doctor found
practicing Alopathy medicine and therefore, FIR has been registered against
Malaiyanaur Taluk, Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu
604 201, in the fields of Electropathy and Community Health.
