for sale LOCKS under the trademark ELEPHANT. It appears that the
defendant is selling the locks under the trademark ELEPHANT ... unable to effect any sale of
locks bearing the trade mark ELEPHANT JINLI.
Learned counsel for the defendant seeks an adjournment saying that
the main
registered proprietor of the trademark / logo
, which comprises various elements
including two elephants, a crest in the middle and a banner with words
Transportation Certificate in order to
enable the petitioner to house the elephant (Hira Gaj) at an alternative site
located at Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.
