A. West Bengal Housing Infrastructure
Development Corporation Limited (the HIDCO) owns

the plot of land measuring about 5 (five) Acres

B. By an Agreement dated 24 July 2006 HIDCO
had appointed the Second Party to develop the Plot
where under the Second Party
from the documents annexed to the application, that the land
belonged to HIDCO. HIDCO had been pressurizing the respondent for
payment of the rent ... being asked to deposit
such rent, so that the claim of HIDCO could be liquidated. By a letter
dated January 7, 2025, the petitioner informed
