petitioners argues that once the
petitioners are concededly the retrenched employees of HSMITC and were
adjusted with other Government Departments, they are entitled ... given to an
employee, who was earlier retrenched from HSMITC and had joined the
post in a Government Institution and thereafter retired so that
Haryana State Minor Irrigation and
Tubewells Corporation Limited (for short 'HSMITC') has adjusted amount of
gratuity against payment of leave encashment ... petitioner is an ex-employee of HSMITC which came to be
closed in July' 2002. It was a State Government owned Corporation
grievance of the petitioner is
that earlier service rendered by him in HSMITC should be taken into
consideration for the grant of ACP along with
service benefits for the service, which the petitioner had rendered with
the HSMITC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the
