rightly the OPSC entertained the candidature of the
Petitioner under PwD category ... with an
observation that it is open to the OPSC to declare the
result of the candidates, to the reason best known, the
OPSC declared
counsel for the review petitioner-respondent-
opposite party Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC),
brings to our notice, the grounds stated in the appeal memo ... each in
question Nos. 18 and 58.
Accordingly, we directed the appellant-OPSC to
produce the relevant documents in original in a sealed cover
evaluated as per the selection process of O.P.No.2-
OPSC. Three candidates were recommended in the SC category
(including one woman candidate ... candidate remains unfilled inasmuch as the candidate Dr. Manas
Ranjan Mallick (OPSC Roll No.373), was not given appointment.
Dr. Mallick is already working
evaluated as per the selection process of O.P.No.2-OPSC.
Five candidates were recommended in the ST category as per
the advertisement pursuant ... requisition could not have been sent by the State to the
OPSC.
