Respondent from the school informed the Commission that in
order to help the police enquire into the matter, the copies of all relevant documents have
after the stipulated time, these will be removed with the help
of the police.
6. The respondent has acted in conformity with the provisions
subjected
to harassment by the CPIO and had to seek help from Preet Vihar Police Station.
Moreover, no hearing was held. ITO(Tech) vide letter
shifted his residence although the
police continues to claim to the contrary. This has to be resolved by the police
and not by the CPIO ... higher police authorities in the Delhi police and bring this
matter to their notice so that an enquiry can be made with the help
appellant would
help him to present a true and correct picture to the Hon'ble court and also help him to
prove his innocence ... case, we have noticed that the entire case
diary maintained by the police was made available to the accused. Under Section 172
of the Criminal
traceable at present, there is very little that we can help in the matter
except directing the authorities in the Department to institute an enquiry ... loss. If necessary,
the matter should be reported to the police because this is a very important file
and contains the decision
