Section 13A(3) in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
(3)(a)Two separate merit list i. e. of TEB and ITI certificate holders shall be prepared.(b)Common merit list of group of Certificate Courses, as specified in column 2 of Table-A and Table-B of sub-rule (1), for a corresponding group of Corresponding Diploma Courses, as specified in column 3 of Table- A and Table-B of sub-rule (1), shall be prepared.(c)Admission to the candidates of ITI certificate holders shall be given on the seats remained vacant in corresponding diploma courses after the admission to the candidates of TEB certificate holder is granted.(d)After granting admission to all the candidates on seats reserved for Certificate Holders, seats remaining vacant shall be converted as the unreserved category seats.".
