15. Use of fire or naked light prohibited in distillery.

conversant with the danger of exploding such gas or vapour to a naked light, or of allowing any leakage from the oil tanks particularly into
destruction by fire in his presence from time to time. (18) No naked lights shall be used inside the Kharian or within a distance
subject to the following additional conditions, namely :- (1) No fire or naked light shall under any circumstances be allowed inside the licensed premises
