4. Who is responsible for Placement of those apprentices who have been
trained ... unemployed after training.
5. What is the percentage of preference given to the apprentices who have
passed out of the training school of the respondent

exchange and the apprentice department of undertaking of establishment shall
invite candidates by publication in newspapers ... selection process, other things being equal, trained apprentices shall be given
preference. The said procedure shall be adopted on future occasions and the
appointments made
Thermal on receipt of his application dated 06.05.2013 for engagement of trained
apprentice, relying on the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court ... till date, by which the appellant could have claimed preference in
comparison to other non-apprentice candidates.

Grounds for Complaint
The CPIO
Trade Apprentices in OFB establishments. Shri
Konger submits that, other things being the same, Ex-Trade Apprentices are
given preference in recruitment but no quota
seniority of employees selected through Act Apprentice.
Dissatisfied on not receiving any response from the CPIO, the appellant preferred the first
appeal on 14.03.2014. However
complainant sought information under 5 points
regarding selection procedure of the graduate apprentices in 2014, wherein the applicant had
applied.
The CPIO responded vide letter ... dated 10.11.2014 providing point wise information against the
RTI application. The complainant preferred a first appeal not satisfied with the response of the
CPIO
