The parties appearing in the matter of Siddharth Jain (supra) have not at all brought to the notice of this Court the delivered judgment in the similar circumstances by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of Tamil Nadu vs Kamla and Others reported in 2018 5 SCC 322.
