approach the Court to restore her rights ... Aani, the youngest. Admittedly, Leelamma, the second
amongst the sisters, is a deaf and dumb person. She is also
illiterate. Mary claims to have brought
Plaintiff started to
construct a house in their portions. Since Plaintiff
is deaf and dumb and she has no worldly
knowledge, suit schedule property ... interest of Plaintiff having taken undue
advantage of Plaintiff's deaf and dumbness, which
came to the notice of Plaintiff only in the month
employer knows or has reasons to believe that he is a deaf or he has a defective vision or he has a tendency to giddiness
false suit.
It is further contended that defendant No.6 is
totally deaf and dumb women, she could not have filed a
