8. Extraordinary leave.—
Extraordinary leave may be granted to a Judge for a period
casual leave or medical leave. Stipend shall, however, not be paid for the period for which an apprentice remains on extraordinary leave. (5) Notwithstanding anything
different kinds of paid leaves such as Maternity Leave, Child Care Leave, Study Leave, Medical Leave, Extraordinary Leave and Deputation shall be excluded from
period spent on duty as a Development Officer and leave including extraordinary leave which has been condoned under sub-rule (4) of Rule
