It is a bunch of 42 Civil Revisions, all filed under Ar$cle 227 of the Cons$tu$on of India for quashing the common order dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the learned ADJ, Gurugram, whereby various execu$on pe$$ons filed by pe$$oner herein were dismissed.

3. Assailing the impugned order, learned counsel for the pe$$oner submits that land of several landowners was acquired by the State of Haryana. Not sa$sfied with the award of the Land Acquisi$on Collector, reference were sought under Sec$on 18 of the Land Acquisi$on Act by the landowners. Market value was assessed by the Reference Court.
4. Subsequently, in appeals preferred by the State the market value was reduced by this High Court, which was affirmed by Hon'ble Supreme Court. In the mean$me, payment had released to the landowners as per the compensa$on assessed by the Reference Court in the absence of 5 of 6 ::: Downloaded on - 17-01-2026 21:57:20 ::: CR-157-2026 -6- any stay. AEer final determina$on separate execu$on were filed by the pe$$oner seeking direc$on to refund the excess amount withdrawn by the landowners. The Execu$ng Court dismissed the execu$ons by holding that execu$on was not the appropriate remedy and that res$tu$on under Sec$on 144 CPC was the correct mechanism.
5. The aforesaid orders have been assailed before this Court by way of present pe$$ons.
6. Similar issue have already been disposed of by this Court by way of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this High Court in CR-9792-2025 and other connected cases $tled as "Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corpora on Ltd. (HSIIDC) Vs. Smt. Nihala Devi @ Nihali and another".
All these pe$$ons are hereby disposed of accordingly in terms of the said order.
