75. Removal of Difficulties.

Part IV-B, Page 235) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998 (Maharashtra XVII of 1998), the Government of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 1st day of March 2000 to be the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 67 to 72 of the said Act shall come into force.G. Part IV-B, Page 1) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998 (Maharashtra XVII of 1998), the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the headquarters of the Maharashtra Animal and Fisheries Sciences University shall be located at Nagpur.G.
