We take suo motu cognizance of problems ... miseries of
migrant labourers who had been stranded in different parts of the
country. The newspaper reports and the media reports have been
continuously showing
that the order dated 29.03.2020 was
issued only with regard to migrant labour and the
scope of order should not be extended to cover ... employer should be compelled
to not only continue to retain their migrant workers
but also their regular workers and also pay full
wages
