No. 441/2014 as discussed in the order dated 17.11.2015 of Ahmedabad Bench of the Tribunal in OA No. 219/2015 (vide para 11 of this order}. The fact that the judgment dated 3.8.2014 was reviewed by Hon'ble Delhi High Court subsequently was not considered by the Tribunal while passing the order dated 18,7.2019 in the OA No. 702/2012.
