petitioner raised the issue of
payment of dues relating to the ICCR project.
Some more emails were exchanged between
the parties on the issue however ... clearly showed unwillingness to
continue further discussions regarding
payments related to the ICCR project. Thus, it
can be said that the rights of the petitioner
also learnt that she was in India on a
student visa under ICCR scholarship scheme under Delhi university. She
along-with another foreign national accomplice ... students from foreign countries and arrange admissions in
different Indian universities under ICCR scholarship and were taking
commissions from ICCR scholarship and students for facilitating
submits that he
was a whistle blower and was the President of ICCR Staff Welfare
Association from 1992 till his superannuation in 2015. He, therefore ... 2023 for redressal of his grievances qua his
service with ICCR/Respondent no. 2.
