4. It is undisputed that these petitions are pending since 2010. Despite
service of notice, no one has appeared for respondent No. 3. Accordingly,
these petitions stand disposed of with direction to the Grievances Redressal
Authority to reconsider order dated 20.10.2009 impugned in W.P. No. 15184 of
2010 and order dated 26.9.2009 impugned in W.P. No. 16779 of 2020 in the
light of the order dated 4.5.2010 passed by this Court in W.P. No.7269 of 2006
(Shyam Singh Thakur Vs. The State of M.P. & others) within a period of 90
days from the date of production of certified copy of this order by passing a
well reasoned and speaking order.
