3724 of 2012 titled Shri Rajinder Bindra vs. State of H.P.
and others, this court only directed the respondents to
consider petitioner's case in light of earlier decision rendered
by this Court in CWP No. 2735 of 2010 titled Rakesh Kumar
vs. State of H.P. and others.
