Central University of Himachal Pradesh (Amendment) Statutes, 2019Published vide Notification F. No. 3-2/CUHP/GA/2010, dated 26.2.2019Ministry of Human Resource Development(Department of Higher Education)(Central University of Himachal Pradesh)F. No. 3-2/CUHP/GA/2010. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of section 27 of the Central Universities Act, 2009 (25 of 2009), the Executive Council, with the approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Central University of Himachal Pradesh Statutes.

1.

(i)These Statutes may be called as the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (Amendment) Statutes, 2019.

(ii)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Central University of Himachal Pradesh Statutes, in Statutes 40 the following shall be substituted, namely: -

40. Establishment of Schools, Departments and Centres of Studies. - The University shall have the following Schools of Studies, Departments, Centres and Maintained colleges:

(1)School of Medical Sciences

(a)Colleges Maintained by the University

(i)College of Medical Sciences

(ii)College of Dental Sciences

(iii)College of Ayurveda Sciences

(b)Departments of Studies

(i)Such other Departments as may be established from time to time under the Statutes and assigned by the Ordinance.

(c)Centres of Studies

(i)Such other Centres as may be established from time to time and assigned by the Ordinances.

(2)School of Health and Allied Sciences

(a)Department of Studies

(i)Department of Nursing & Patient Care

(ii)Department of Physiotherapy

(iii)Department of Rehabilitation Sciences

(iv)Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences

(v)Department of Pathology & Diagnostics
