However, when order dated 22.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) was passed, the said approval has not been kept in mind and petitioner has been ordered to be posted/transferred at Government Primary School Dhagwar, Education Block Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. The other persons mentioned in Annexure P-2 have been granted the stations qua which the approval was granted.

However, now after a period of about seven months, the petitioner has been transferred to Jal Shakti Sub-Division Majheen under Division, Dehra, District Kangra, H.P., vide notification dated 31st August, 2022 (Annexure P-2). The petitioner has not made any request for his transfer.
